Diana S. Cimino

Exceptional Representation

Diana Cimino has been practicing law in California since 1995, focused on multiple aspects of business law, consisting of business transactions, contract and business disputes, employment law, and complex business transactions including as mergers and acquisitions. She attended Arizona State University earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Business, and earned her Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law.  Her office is located in the downtown district of Laguna Beach, California.

Diana is a member of the California Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the National Italian American Bar Association, the American Association of University Women, Rotary International, and the Laguna Beach Business Club.   She serves on various non-for-profit Board of Directors including, Italian America Lawyers of Orange County, The Rotary Club of Laguna Beach. Additionally, she is a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts and serves as a delegate to the Board of Girl Scout Council of Orange County.  She lives with her family in Laguna Beach, California.
